Icelandic Blanket - Land #1050

Land means exactly what it says — the land. Pattern no. 1050 takes its colours from the Icelandic landscape itself. Designed by Védís Jónsdóttir for the Álafoss landscape series, in 100% Icelandic wool.

Icelandic wool is light and properly warm at the same time: a throw for the sofa, the foot of the bed, a picnic on a cool day or your shoulders on a cold evening. Combed after weaving to soften it, and finished with a fringe.

130 × 200 cm including the fringe (about 52 × 79 in). Air it out between uses — it rarely needs washing. A favourite gift for weddings and housewarmings.
